Wheelie

This is one of the easier motorcycle stunts. You will need a powerful motorcycle for this trick. First, set your motorcycle in the first gear. The speed must be below twenty kilometers per hour. Then, firmly apply the front brakes. Suddenly let go of the front brakes. You can expect the front shock absorbers to rebound. As this happens, accelerate quickly while pulling your handlebars in an upward motion. This will cause the front wheel to rise in the air as you move forward. This may take several tries, but do not get discouraged easily.

The key is to moderate the acceleration. Otherwise, you might bring the front wheel up too high and you can fall back. Practice with the rear brakes.

Stoppie

This trick can be performed on motorcycles that have a front disc brake. Start by setting your bike at a slow speed of twenty to twenty-five kilometers per hour. Then, jam the front brake immediately. This will cause the hind tire to go up in the air. The more you increase the speed, the higher the tire goes. Remember to shift your body weight accordingly. This will help you keep your balance.

Be careful of how hard you jam the brakes because a very sudden and forceful move can cause you to topple over the front. You also risk falling sideways.

Burnout

This trick is perfect for bikes with a stable front brake. This has a high risk of you falling over, so it is advisable to start nearby a wall that you can use to prop yourself up. Hold the front brakes tightly. Use the throttle and the clutch, which will call the end tire to go against the ground. As you move, you can expect some smoke to come out. This creates a very dramatic scene.

Do not do this trick on bikes with weak engines because this trick puts a lot of pressure on the engine. It also challenges your front brake and your clutch. You cannot do this trick all the time because it can wear out your bike parts. Additionally, it is dangerous if you suddenly let go of the front brake. This will cause the motorcycle to shoot out the front and hit something. You might even get dragged along.

When you are practicing for stunts, remember to always wear your protective gear. Wear your safety-approved helmet, your motorcycle jacket, and your driving gloves. The gear will help decrease any damages in case you get into an accident.
